Yes, you can filter your members using combinations of Tier, Status, and whether or not they've registered. To access this feature go to the Members section and click on the filter button adjacent to the Search bar in the Member list section.
To download member data, simply use the Download CSV button.
Note: If you have applied filtering to your members, only the members included in that filtering with be exported when using the Download CSV tool
