The Members page has three key functions:
1. Member management - Key to programme administration; Add, update, and remove member access to Onsi via single member changes or batch update.*
Batch update*
When using batch update, ensure that the batch update file uploaded contains a comprehensive list of all of the members who should have access to Onsi.
- Any members who are added relative to the existing list of members will be invited
- Any members who are removed relative to the existing list of member uploaded will be off-boarded
- Any members who are updated will be changed upon the file processing
2. Member list - Search for and view the details of an individual member. Check a member's status, tier, and whether they've registered. View the protections a member has access to. View changes made to the member over time.
3. Update history - Access historical member management files and view the changes made (members added, members removed, members changing tier). You can also download historical CSVs if needed.
